FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150. For orders under $150 shipping is calculated at checkout via Canada Post. All orders are sent as expedited parcel with tracking number.

We process orders within 2-4 business days. Typically, orders within Canada arrive within 5-7 business days and 5-10 business days for USA. Please allow up to 14 days from date of purchase for your order to arrive.
Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ALDAY purchase. Not the perfect fit? No sweat, we’ll take care of you. Emailsupport@alday.cawith your order number and brief reason for your return. Eligible Items can be returned within 14 days from the day the product is delivered for a full refund. We suggest you ship back your return with a tracking number, but this is at your own discretion. We cannot process a refund until we receive the product being returned. If an item is lost in the mail, we are not responsible. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Items must not be worn, washed or altered.We thoroughly inspect all our products before we ship them out and also upon return. ALDAY reserves the right to reject a refund request on an item that is not in it’s original sellable condition.
