Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your ALDAY purchase. Not the perfect fit? No sweat, we’ll take care of you. Email support@alday.ca with your order number and brief reason for your return. Eligible Items can be returned within 14 days from the day the product is delivered for a full refund. We suggest you ship back your return with a tracking number, but this is at your own discretion. We cannot process a refund until we receive the product being returned. If an item is lost in the mail, we are not responsible. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.
Items must not be worn, washed or altered. We thoroughly inspect all our products before we ship them out and also upon return. ALDAY reserves the right to reject a refund request on an item that is not in it’s original sellable condition. We ask that you help our small business operate smoothly by adhering to our return eligibility.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you need to exchange your product, we're happy to help just send us an email. Shipping costs associated with exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer - we do not cover shipping costs.
