Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your ALDAY purchase. Not the perfect fit? No sweat, we’ll take care of you.
Reach out to support@alday.ca with your order number and brief reason for your return. Eligible Items can be returned within 14 days from the day the product is delivered for a full refund. Orders must be shipped back with a tracking number for your reference. We cannot process a refund until we receive the product being returned. If an item is lost in the mail, we are not responsible. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.
Items must not be worn, washed or altered. We thoroughly inspect all our products before we ship them out and also upon return. ALDAY reserves the right to reject a refund request on an item that is not in it’s original sellable condition. We ask that you help our small business operate smoothly by adhering to our return eligibility.
We are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a size, colour, or style, please return original item and place a new order.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping costs associated with exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer - we do not cover shipping costs. All US customers are responsible for any associated duties and fees and must ship back any return via air. Please email support@alday.ca for assistance preparing your US based return
