Excellent quality, lovely material, very well made, and most importantly I value that they were ethically made in Canada. I am a true medium which is the size I ordered, but I have had an issue with them riding down a bit in the crotch area. I’m wondering if I sized down if this would have helped. I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant and perhaps as my belly gets bigger it helps to hold them up a little bit! This said, I would definitely repurchase. Thank you :)
I haven't washed them yet (was so excited) but have worn them for three days straight and they are so comfortable! I am 16 weeks and my belly has just started to show, but these leggings are the perfect balance of stretchy and firm. If you are on the fence like I was, definitely get a pair!
I can't get over how much I love these leggings! So soft and breathable... I'm amazed at how I don't bake in the hot sun, seeing as they're black. They are stretchy and opaque, perfect for the growing belly! I am beyond comfortable and satisfied, and I'm sure you will be too. Look no further!
I ordered these leggings at the beginning of my second trimester and they are holding up so well as I enter my third. The are so soft and comfortable, but also thick and structured which is ideal for Canadian winters, and they haven't lost their shape at all even though I wear them almost every day. I was so happy to find a Canadian brand of maternity leggings and they have exceeded my expectations!
I am very happy with my leggings!
I'm 5'4" and pre-pregnancy about 130 lb. I am currently 143 lb and 20 weeks pregnant.
My only issue is that the seam between the crotch and where the belly band starts, sits a bit high on me. I wish it would sit under my belly instead. I feel like this indicates the design is for a taller person hence my suggestion at a petite size. I was on the fence about getting small vs medium but figured bigger would be better as I grow. Ankles also bunch but I don't mind that. Also, I love how thick and high quality the legging fabric is. No worries that they will be see-though at all!
All in all, I'm very happy and have worn them almost every day. It was important to me to find a sustainable Canadian company to support.
Love these leggings! So far my favourite...the band is by far more comfortable on my tummy than what I’ve tried so far. Quality fabric and they wash well...I could wear these daily!
Currently pregnant with my 5th
So sad I didn’t know about these before. I got them when I was about 4 months pregnant and have worn them daily since. Wash at night Hang to dry and ready to go in the morning
They don’t fade or pill or stretch out they are comfy and look amazing
I am 5.3 and about 115lbs pre pregnancy weight and the xs is fitting perfect even now at 7 months pregnant
Fingers crossed Ashley will make non maternity leggings really really soon 😉
I’ve had these for about 2 months and wish I had bought them sooner! Super high quality, they haven’t pilled between the thighs like my other ones, and they’re pretty opaque! You can see a line only if I wear really dark underwear and bend over in the sunlight, otherwise good!
I’m 5’3” and was a 4 pre-pregnancy. I bought the small, which fits well in the legs and bum. The belly band feels more snug than other tights I have, but it’s due to the thicker and more structured fabric of the Aldays. Maybe I could have gotten the medium? But then I think the butt wouldn’t have fit properly. I waited until 28 weeks to buy them, and I think if I had gotten them earlier in pregnancy, I wouldn’t notice the snugness as much because it would have been gradual.
Overall excellent quality leggings at a great price considering they’re made in Toronto (which is a HUGE bonus! So much maternity stuff is fast fashion, these are made to last and I’ll be wearing them long after I’m pregnant, probably just with the waist folded down)
